Using High-Frequency Words for a Deeper Connection with Your Horse
High-frequency words are words with a strong and positive energy. They are often linked to good qualities or feelings, like love or kindness. These words can change how we think, feel, and act.
When we use these words with purpose, they can create a special atmosphere or feeling, making communication and relationships better.
When working with horses, high-frequency words can help you connect with your horse on another, deeper level.
Here's how to do it
Pick a high-frequency word for the day (you can the list below for inspiration). Let your chosen word guide you during your Liberty Connection sessions (or other training sessions) with your horse.
For example, if your word is "softness," start by cultivating a sense of softness within yourself. Then, focus on softness in everything you do—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Feel the softness and envision it all around you, as if you and your horse are fully surrounded by it, and with softness flowing through both of you.
You can choose to stay with that same word for a day, a week, or even a month before moving on to a new one.
Notice how your horse responds to the different energies linked to each word. It’s a fascinating journey of discovery and connection!
