Breathe Natural - Move Natural #7: lazy yoga

A supple and fit trainer/rider is a better trainer/rider. But of course, you don’t always feel like doing intensive physical training…

In this “Breathe Natural – Move Natural” session we therefore do “lazy yoga”.

Lazy yoga is great if you don’t feel like or are too tired for an intensive yoga session or work-out, but still want to improve your flexibility.

You only need 1 thing to do lazy yoga and that’s … your bed 🙂
