In the previous “Breathe Natural – Move Natural” Facebook Live sessions you’ve already learned about
- what natural breathing and movement is
- sitting postures that open the hips and improve your flexibility
- observing the breath
- suppling the feet
- and you did the exercise to find your midline
Next to that we also talked about healthy eating tips, because what you put into your body, has a huge influence on how you feel, move and even breathe!
In this session you’ll learn more about Vit. D and you’ll get a few very good tips on how you can make sure you don’t lack vitamine D.
We’re also going to do exercises to develop more shoulder awareness & to “open” your shoulders.
This is not only very interesting to improve your riding skills, but also for your ability to communicate on the ground with your horse in a relaxed and natural way.
