Breathe Natural - Move Natural #3 : Observing your breath

Although breathing is natural, many people don’t breathe naturally…

Sounds strange, but it’s a fact. I’ll tell you more about it in this third “Breathe Natural – Move Natural” Facebook Live Session.

We’ll also practice together again: so first go and grab your yoga mat (or blanket) and (meditation) cushion.

Sitting on a chair is also possible of course, if you find that more comfortable (but if you’ve followed session 1 and session 2 already, then you now know that sitting on a chair is not the ideal sitting position…)

I am honestly astonished how much better I am able to move after having sat on the floor in the different positions. My 60 year old bones did not like it very much at first, but quickly appreciated with how much ease I was able to move around for the rest of the day. Additionally, Maple Syrup instead of sugar has made a difference for my family since I started using it a couple of years ago. Thank you for all your tips, they are all wonderful. :-)
